Complaints procedure

 

I do everything I can to provide the care you need. But in some cases you may not be satisfied with the care you receive. Please complete the evaluation form you will receive after contact with me. If you are unhappy, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can see how we can solve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution together, you can consider submitting a complaint to Klachtenportaal Zorg.


In the context of the Healthcare Quality Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz), I am affiliated with an independent complaints committee, the Klachtenportaal Zorg. Read here what the rules are for submitting a complaint (PDF) (Dutch)
